1 Refund Eligibility
At ZenithEdu, we're committed to your educational success and satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both students and our educational mission. Understanding when you're eligible for a refund helps set clear expectations from the start of your learning journey.
- Course cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment for digital courses
- Live training programs allow cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled start date
- Technical issues preventing course access for more than 72 hours qualify for full refunds
- Completed courses with less than 25% content accessed within 30 days may qualify for partial refunds
- Subscription services can be cancelled with prorated refunds for unused portions
Important: Courses that have been fully completed or accessed beyond 50% of content are not eligible for refunds unless there are documented technical issues.
2 Refund Process Timeline
We've streamlined our refund process to be as efficient as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund and the timeframes you can expect. This process ensures thorough review while respecting your time.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your refund request including course details and reason for cancellation. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.
Review Period (2-3 Days)
Our team reviews your account activity, course progress, and eligibility criteria. We may reach out for additional information if needed.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision and next steps. Approved refunds are processed immediately upon notification.
Payment Processing (5-7 Days)
Refunds appear in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
3 Special Circumstances
We understand that life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. While our standard policy covers most situations, we also consider special circumstances that may warrant exceptions to our normal refund criteria.
- Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for extended refund periods
- Military deployment or relocation can be grounds for full refunds regardless of timing
- Course content significantly different from description allows refunds within 14 days
- Instructor-led programs cancelled by ZenithEdu automatically receive full refunds plus credit toward future courses
- Duplicate purchases or billing errors are corrected immediately with full refunds
We evaluate each special circumstance request individually and work with students to find fair solutions that support their educational goals.
4 Payment Method & Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Different payment types have varying processing times, and we want you to know exactly what to expect based on how you paid for your course.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually instant but may take up to 24 hours
- Bank transfer refunds require 7-10 business days for processing
- Gift card purchases receive credit back to your ZenithEdu account
- Corporate or institutional payments may require additional verification steps
If your original payment method is no longer valid, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This might include account credits, checks, or transfers to updated payment information.
5 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable due to their nature or the resources required to provide them. Understanding these exceptions helps avoid confusion and sets appropriate expectations for different types of educational products.
- Physical materials and textbooks shipped to students
- One-on-one coaching sessions after they've been conducted
- Certificate fees and exam proctoring services
- Custom corporate training programs designed specifically for organizations
- Third-party software licenses or tools included with courses
