Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact our support team.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return process:
Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
Non-returnable Items: Digital products, downloadable items, and final-sale products are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@jamesclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
